SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. High-value or made-to-order items may require additional processing and verification time.
Certain handmade, customized, or special-order items may require additional processing time. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you directly.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery:
Once shipped, domestic delivery generally takes 2–8 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.
Tracking Information:
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS
We ship using trusted carriers such as: • USPS
Shipping method selection may vary depending on the item value, package size, and delivery location.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION REQUIRED
For security purposes, all high-value orders require an adult signature upon delivery.
Please ensure that someone authorized is available to receive and sign for the package at the delivery address.
We are not responsible for missed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability.

FULLY INSURED SHIPMENTS
All packages are fully insured while in transit until delivery is completed.
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier and signed for at the provided shipping address, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to:
• Verify billing and shipping information
• Request additional confirmation before shipment
• Cancel or refuse suspicious orders at our discretion
Orders flagged by our fraud prevention system may experience processing delays or cancellation.
For security reasons, we may require shipment to the verified billing address associated with the payment method used during checkout.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure shipping address.
We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
• Carrier delays beyond our control
• Delivery issues caused by failed delivery attempts
If the carrier provides a recommended address correction and the customer declines the correction, liability remains with the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost during transit, we will assist in opening a carrier claim when applicable.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.
Claims regarding stolen packages after delivery must be handled directly with the carrier and local authorities when necessary.

REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE, OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Packages refused by the customer or returned due to:
• Failed delivery attempts
• Unclaimed shipments
• Incorrect addresses
• Delivery refusal
may be subject to:
• Original shipping charges
• Return shipping fees
• A service/restocking fee
These charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.
